Interesting Color Sites to Visit
Besides FashionTrendSetter and Pantone we usually go to look for color trends, Colourlovers.com is also an interesting one to visit. It seems to be very simple, straightforward, and useful to me. Since we are learning fashion design and making projects often, this site can be quite helpful. I love how it provides a variety of interesting design tools for us to create our own palettes, patterns, and templates. Among those fun tools, how “PHOTOCOPA” gives a picture and shows all the colors the picture has actually leads me to explore colors more in details. I have also noticed that under the “trend” section, there are website, magazine, homemade and many other trend areas despite fashion, and each look has its color chips attached below which introduces the “hot new hue” in specific fields. I really like the way the site is arranged and organized to let us earn new knowledge by trying and having fun with colors!
